Our sole function is to connect restaurants and food service businesses with independent, third-party certified providers operating in South Florida and surrounding areas.

By submitting a request through our Site, you acknowledge and agree that:

• GreasePickupNow is not a party to any service agreement between you and the referred provider.
• The actual service will be performed by an independent third-party provider, not by GreasePickupNow.
• GreasePickupNow makes no guarantees regarding the availability, quality, timeliness, or outcome of any services provided by referred companies.
• Any disputes regarding the actual service must be resolved directly with the provider.

3. No Endorsement of Providers

The inclusion of any provider in our referral network does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of that provider's services, qualifications, licensing, or insurance status. GreasePickupNow makes reasonable efforts to refer reputable and certified providers but cannot verify or guarantee the credentials, compliance, or performance of any third-party company at any given time.

4. Free Service and No Fees

GreasePickupNow's referral service is provided at no cost to the requesting business. We do not charge restaurants or food service businesses any fee for submitting a request or receiving a referral. Our business model may involve referral arrangements with service providers, but this does not affect the cost or quality of service you receive.

5. User Responsibilities

By using our Site, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a service request.
• Use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.
• Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent requests.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems.
